Pub Trivia Night Success
So a group of friends and co-workers, including me, have been doing pub trivia night at O’Neill’s in San Mateo every Wednesday for a couple of months now. We keep hovering around 4th or 5th place (out of about 20 or so, depending on the night). But finally, on the 29th of November, we placed! We got 3rd, with a lovely $5 bottle of win as our prize. Oh well, it’s more about the glory than anything right? The irony is that a number of the regulars didn’t show up that night. So of course we made it clear to them that they had been the dead weight holding us back all along. Here’s a lovely shot of the proud team:: http://www.brainstormer.com/photos_lg.aspx?picid=1491&venueID=11

…The Rest Will Follow
Alright, so two years later, I finally have a level 60 character in WoW (my Tauren Hunter, Bulwyrth). I’ve actually been surprised by how rich the end game is. There is still so much to do and spend money on and the battlegrounds and PVP are a blast. And money is a lot easier to come by now that quests give cash instead of experience. Regardless, I started missing some aspects of the non-end game, so I transferred my lowbie, undead Mage named Morigan, from Garithos to Cho’gall. However, as with Bulworth, Morigan was already taken, so now she’s Morrygan. Second time ‘y’ – ‘i’ equivalence has come to my rescue! Here’s the new location of the Allakhazam profile for my alt: http://wow.allakhazam.com/profile.html?2174928. This time around it should be much easier with a high level character to loan money to my low level one. Muhahah!
