Lucky Train Cake

A few months ago Jordan’s sister and step father stopped by our offices and brought with them an amazing piece of culinary art work. They had actually created a train cake, complete with various candy and snack cargo, cars brightly colored with icing, chocolate train tracks, and popcorn smoke. It was extremely impressive and must have taken hours of painstaking work. Sadly, none of us could bring ourselves to eat it, although the cargo was certainly sampled. I had to preserve it on (digital) film for posterity.
